Spring clean…better late than never…

I’m a bit late, but I am finally getting round to the colonic therapist’s stock in trade – the liver flush.

I have had so many patients coming for pre and post liver flush colonics recently that I have been both inspired and shamed into doing one!  By this time of year I have usually already undergone a liver flush…but this has been an odd year…

So I have had a lovely day: working in the morning, a trip to Waitrose(!), and then a very leisurely afternoon watching telly, having an Epsom salt bath, just had my pre-flush colonic – courtesy of the lovely Tom – he’s so good to me!  Shortly I will have a castor oil pack – and then the flush!!

For those of you unfamiliar with a liver flush I suggest you Google it for full instructions, but for those of you not prepared to go to such lengths let me just say it is a process involving Epsom salts, olive oil and grapefruit juice – and that I will spend quite a bit of tomorrow morning running to the loo!  But by tomorrow afternoon, I will feel fantastic!

So I am creating my own home liver detox weekend – and the best bit is that I get to catch up on the Wallander episodes I missed!  I do know how to have “the best time” 🙂
