Cristal is holding a Massage day for the Phillipines – offering treatments all day and evening on Tuesday 3rd December at The Garden Room. All proceeds will go to Medecins Sans Frontieres – Phillipines Typhoon Appeal.
Two other therapists have joined her – they will be offering 45 minute treatments for £30 – more details to follow!

Inspired by Cristal, I have decided that I am going to offer colonics on Wednesday 11th December – and again every penny you pay me will go to the appeal.
